The Aapartment is a comfortable bedsit inside a quiet apartment building in a delightful, leafy area. Even though the apartment building is only 3 km from the Vatican, the area is protected by the WWF.

The apartment is in the middle of two well- known districts of Rome (Balduina and Aurelio) from which is very easy to reach the historical centre of the city - in fact the Vatican is only one tube stop away.

The apartment has a double entrance and a tennis court. The bedsit is on two floors, with an entrance on the ground floor and windows on the second floor. The accommodation consists of a spacious double bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen,  bathroom and a large balcony. There is central heating, air-conditioner and private parking.
